Deep in the dragon-haunted marshes of Rassilon lay the isolated village of Scale. Home to a hardy bunch of drake hunters and mercenaries. The Chief house is tiled with shield sized dragon scales.

Thanks, I've always been drawn to ramshackle buildings and I love how houses in swamps and sometimes near oceans have to be built on stilts or what ever higher ground is available. Here the people of the village have piled stones to create false islands on which to build their dwellings.

it is always so much cooler when building designs have some type of limitation, like you waere saying about the stilts they are limited by the ocean so it has some way around it. I have always like buildings built on a steep cliff that is cool.
